If you want work out rooms, spas, room service, etc., this place isn't for you. Last October, I personally met with the property manager and the condo manager and toured about 5 of the condos and the property because I wanted to be able to speak first-hand about The Grove Condominiums in Delray Beach. What I like best is the location! The Grove is ideally located 2 blocks from the beach and this is very hard to get in Delray Beach -- without paying a fortune! And, The Grove Condos are conveniently 2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue -- where all the action is. You can walk to restaurants, a little deli/grocery store, many boutique shops, the beach, nightclubs and more!
